Payment options

We generally offer the following payment methods. The available payment methods are partly dependent on the selected shipping method or the country of delivery.

 
Transfer / Prepayment

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us (order confirmation) with your order number and our account details. Please state your name and order number as the purpose of the transfer.

We ship to Germany and within the EU. Outside the EU on request.

Shipping costs
Germany:

The shipping costs within Germany are 8.90 EUR incl. VAT per order for standard shipping, no matter how many items are ordered.

For packaging and shipping within the EU, we charge you a flat rate of 19.95 EUR incl. VAT.
