Safety on board is one of the main focuses of MARE SPORTS. With us, you will find the right life jacket, the right first aid kit or even the right safety equipment. We offer a wide range of products around the topic of safety.
In this section you will find your EPIRB, PLB, Personal AIS, AIS, SART as well as LED signal flares and much more. In the overview, you can get an overview of the regulations and applications of various marine transmitters and find your marine transmitter with the help of questions. Whether commercially used sports boats such as training boats or charter yachts with skippers with BSH (Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency) and See BG (now Berufsgenossenschaft Verkehr, Dienststelle Schiffssicherheit) approval.
Coastal, offshore or inshore - container or bag, Crewsaver, Plastimo or Viking; we are happy to advise you and have the liferaft for your cruising area. We also give important advice on maintenance and use.
One of the most important issues in the field of safety is clearly the rescue of a person who has gone overboard. Various factors play a role here; the number of people to be rescued, crew size, weather and of course the right tools. Recovery sails, recovery loops and modern recovery systems offer you the ideal support.
We offer fire extinguishers and fire blankets for fire classes A (solid fires), B (liquid fires), C (gas fires), D (metal fires) and F (grease fires). In addition, first aid kits especially for use on board, inshore as well as offshore.
