Hi there – I've been part of MARE SPORTS since May 2025!
Sailing is more than just a hobby for me – it’s the common thread running through my life. I’ve been on the water since childhood, and the Wadden Sea has always felt like home. Whether crossing the Atlantic or racing in events like the Silverrudder, the Baltic 500, or the Fastnet Race, I’m constantly searching for the perfect trim – the balance between sailor, boat, and equipment.
In autumn 2024, I returned to northern Germany after completing my Atlantic circle on my own keel. Now I’m excited to bring my experience to Mare Sports – on land, but with just as much passion.
My path here? After training as a shipping agent in the port of Emden, I gained project management and boatbuilding experience at several shipyards. During my time at the Peter Frisch GmbH in the yacht equipment wholesale sector, I not only built valuable industry connections but also deepened my technical knowledge – especially in deck hardware, load calculations, and material selection.
At Mare Sports, I support our daily operations and optimize the website backend: from product pages and category structures to blog content and overall visibility.
