Hauke has been sailing since early childhood. First with his parents, then in the Optimist, 420, and 470 classes. Today, he has been competing for several years with the IMMAC Sailing Team in offshore racing. The idea for MARE SPORTS was born during dinghy regattas: “Everyone knows the situation – you lend out your spare parts, and they never come back.” The solution? Put a price on them and make them available for purchase.
➡️ The idea for MARE SPORTS was born. In the beginning, together with his father Peter Lutzen, the focus was mainly on dinghy equipment (www.Lutzen-online.de).
After taking over MARE SPORTS in 2015, the business increasingly shifted toward big-boat equipment.
Today, MARE SPORTS offers an extensive product range – everything ambitious sailors need, whether they’re sailing big boats or dinghies.
